David Liorit travelled to Florida for a series of tasting dinners with serious wine enthusiasts. Since he returned to France, Château Petit Val has become available on the wine lists of several luxury Miami venues: the Ritz-Carlton, Biltmore, Delano South Beach Hotel and at Salt Bae, a well-known steak house.
