The French Sommeliers’ Union at Château Petit Val



On 18th June, Château Petit Val hosted the Bordeaux branch of the French Sommeliers’ Union (UDSF) for an estate tour followed by a lunch prepared by Chef Cyrille Gallard of the restaurant Atelier de Candale. The Union brings professional sommeliers together, who all share a passion for wine. It chose Château Petit Val to celebrate this passion for a day.
